Chuck was a great help! He was very flexible with our schedule and was willing to adjust the times of showings on short notice since we would end up commuting after work. My wife and I primarily used email to communicate and he was very attentive and would send new listings our way based on our preferences often. He was especially knowledgeable with Olthoff and helped us get a favorable price on a new home. I felt very comfortable with him involved in the entire process.
